This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from you when using the Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference in the www.mobileaction.com End User Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Services.

• Location Information
The Services include various location-based features, such as mapping outdoor activities. To provide these location-based features, i-gotU GPS may collect your geographic location information.
We do not use cookies in our mobile applications.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
If you are at an age when parental or guardian supervision is required, please do not submit any personal data through the service at any time or in any manner without notifying your parents or guardian. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Policy by instructing their children to never provide personal information or location information through any of our Services without their permission. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal data in un-supervised occasions, then you may contact us, and we will delete that child’s personal information and location information from our database.
